What is Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness is a full body workout improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. It is both resistance training and cardio in one. Pole fitness is a combination of dance and gymnastic moves performed in a flowing, graceful routine. Apart from the huge fun factor it’s been estimated that beginner pole fitness dancers can lose between 300 and 400 calories per hour!

Tuesday – 7pm 1 Hour Beginner Ms Jen Redmond
Tuesday – 8pm 1 Hour Intermediate Ms Jen Redmond
Tuesday – 9pm 1 Hour Advanced Ms Jen Redmond
